How does it work?

Discuss the Details

You’ll discuss all the specifics of the partnership with one of our brand deal managers to ensure we’re aligned on expectations, goals, and deliverables.

Initial Payment

After the details are finalized, we’ll send you an invoice for 50% of the agreed payment. This initial payment secures your spot and allows us to begin working on your video.

Video Production

Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll start the video production process, including outlining, recording, and editing. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Review

After the video is edited, we’ll send you a draft for review. If any changes or adjustments are needed, we’ll make the necessary edits until it meets your requirements.

Finalizing

Once you approve the final video (with or without adjustments), we’ll send the remaining 50% invoice for payment.

LIVE

After the final payment is confirmed, we’ll schedule the video release according to your preferred timeline and notify you once it’s live!

Our terms?

Usage Rights: Dave Kevin & Windmill Media Group LLC grant your company full rights and a perpetual license to share the deliverables across your social media platforms, advertising channels, and website after the video is published. Payment Terms: We operate on a 50/50 payment structure—50% of the agreed amount is due upfront, with the remaining 50% payable upon video publication.
How long does it take to produce a video?

The turnaround time depends on the project's complexity, the size of your platform, and how quickly your team provides feedback. On average, it takes 7 to 10 days from receiving the initial payment to video publication.
